No it's not, Mcnamara is just fucking with everybody due to the speculation. It actually looks like damage control, cause he spilled too much in the first tweet by implying it's Sony related and now tries to spin it as "it could be anything you guys!"

He says that he has a feature on Valve presenting at Sony which probably isn't the cover game. 

Which he ends with (I'm starting so many rumours with this one)
