Looks like San Diego might have ben shut down entirely...

Buddy from there telling me they shut down the studio or at least a large part of it. Doesn't seem to be public details yet.

Oh god...

I hate news like this, wonder if they really did shut it down, what the reason would be. Seems to come out of nowhere and they just finished making their VR game I believe.

Update on Sony San Diego: According to Polygon who spoke with a former San Diego employee the MLB team has been unaffected by the layoffs, while the Killstrain team (who were also working on an unannounced project) has been terminated.

yeah killstrain didnt seem to garner any attention or hype. i actually thought it was released. no news on it or anything.

Guns Up! also seems to have been a fail. TBH I kinda was expecting games like Guns Up! to also come to PC and maybe even mobile.
