Tried it, those download speeds you're seeing are with Primary 8.8.8.8 and Secondary 8.8.4.4

well, some times rebooting the console or doing the connection test on settings while the download is running helps. Good luck!

Restarting my PS4 or doing a connection test sometimes works for a minute, it will download about 4mb per second for a minute, then it goes back to shit. I just hope that this shit will be fixed in time for the BO3 beta, but I doubt it. I just tested some of the download times on my PS3, those are still fine so I guess it's just a PS4 issue. 2GB file takes about 15 minutes, 6.5GB about 45 minutes. I'd kill for those speeds on my PS4 right now Pay more, get less

frame rate shouldnt be an issue now, since its a year and a half from release. (though, that kinda makes you appreciate Sony's First party showings. Horizon and Uncharted had rock solid framerate and looked like the most impressive games to ever be shown on console).
