So if DQXI is actually announced for PS4 on tuesday, how many of you guys will buy it? I know I will, I'm hyped as shit for a classic console DQ. :D

This really is the comeback gen for JRPGs, now someone tell Sakaguchi to get away from mobile games and to give us a PS4 game as well. Lol

I might. But DQH will be my first DQ game.

I'm hyped for Heroes, it looks good.

The more I think about the deal, the less sense any of it makes sense.  For a marketing deal return, some extra DLC and an exclusive tomb would surely be a better positive than locking out the other platform.  It would also let them maximise sales on PS4 and PC at the full price.  If talk of $50m dollars is true, on CDs side, they will no doubt lose that in sales over how everything is handled.  Microsoft fans should be up in arms that they haven't used that money to make a new game to rival Horizon.  I have lost any hype for TR2, and I've been a lifelong fan, and have an XB1.  Next holiday? Against probably GT7, Horizon, Last Guardian, Mass Effect 4 and whatever other games will come out?  I will be amazed to switch on my PS4 and see a single soul playing it honestly, maybe when it hits the $20 mark.  This early announcement has killed hype on XB1 side too, all talk i hear there is about Rare replay, Halo 5 and the likes of Cuphead.

Which leaves Level-5 who were supposedly making a ps4 exclusive; could THAT be DQXI?

Well that won't really give you an idea of what normal DQ games are like. :D

I only played 7 & 8 to completion, but those games were awesome JRPGs, aside from being a little too slow at times, chocked full of content as well, even if some of it is being created through ridiculous amounts of grinding (looking at you DQ7s class system. Lol), look how huge DQ7 was:
