If they do bring a new villain I don't want it to be another Zant-style "I'm only here in order to summon the real villain Ganon" thing. LBW, as a follow up to LTTP, was okay with the Yuga-Ganon thing by me, I won't fault it. But I don't want to see it again.

Ganon actually hasn't been the real main baddie for 4 games now: PH, ST, SS, and LBW. So I could see him coming back full force and that'd be great if done well.

So, whoever their main villain is what I most want is for them to be the star of the show and not a second rate servant.

Hopefully someone that isn't Ganondorf, the guy is dead(AT and DT), and sealed(CT), give the guy a rest, before you revive him or break the seal again, and let another villain shine for once in a console game, occuring in present Hyrule.

Vaati, would be a good idea, we still are missing part of his story(the one between MC and FS), which could be cover on a console Zelda, afterall he pretty much haven't gotten a big chance to shine on home consoles, he only had FSA, and he ended up being a puppet for Ganon.

Demise, would also be interesting idea, but sure, for this, unless they retcon some of Demise's lines, we may aswell not be playing as Link, but play as the Goddess Hylia herself, which would be quite the change for the usual Zelda formula, and would bring to some interesting gameplay.

Eh, A Zelda without Ganon is like a Castlevania without Dracula.

Even if Link is fighting Dr. Cossack for the whole game... we all know who the last villian should be.

Hopefully nothing that starts with Ganon

Even if it's a new villain they're just going to be either acting upon Gannon's behest or are possessed by Gannon, unless they go off the walls like in MM or Link's Awakening (I hope but doubt).

I want to see one of two things. The 3rd and final death of Ganon in the child timeline, or a prequel to the series with Demise.

I hope it's either a new villain or Pig Ganon. Pig Ganon would be dope.
