I can't say which is the better deal. I'm a believer in getting what you want. Price is secondary.
To me the WiiU, cause I already have Vita and Ps4

And the value of all the PS+ games, and all the 3rd party games wiiU will be missing out on should also be considered.
i have problems finding that wii u bundle...
PS4 without Vita.
I really like the MK8 Bundle. Unfortunately it won't be available in Poland, so I can forget about it.
Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!
