I own a PS3, mostly for exclusives and JRPGs. Pretty handy DVD/Blu-ray player too.

I don't play online multiplayer very much, and there aren't very many Western multiplatform games that I've very passionate about, but I usually decide on a case by case basis which system I'll get a game on. In the case of Wii U/PS3, I'd likely get it for the Wii U if it's a digital game, since I have a healthier collection of digital/VC games on that platform. It's nice to keep everything in one place. If the Wii U game is missing crucial elements, or if's something that benefits from playing online, I usually pick the PS3 version of the game.

Club Nintendo points are a small factor too. Need those coins!

i had a PS3 but the disk drive stopped working and i sold it last month.

Every gen i buy Nintendo's console first, usually 1-2 years after launch, for the first party and third party exclusives. Then 2-3 years later i get Sony's console for exclusives and multiplats.

I have PS3., PS4, Xbox 360 & Xbox One but it doesn't seem to be the case with me as I still buy lots of third party titles on Wii U.

To be honest I think the last people who would want a Wii-U are people who already own a ps360. Thats why i predicted that the U would fail.


To the average ps360 owner the wii-u is not an upgrade but a side step at best.

Thats my honest opinion. I said it before the U launched and i will stick to it

Yep... PS3, 360, PS4 and PC.  Ofcourse I won't buy multiplats on Wii U.

i have them all but I get al my games on Nintendo Systems first.

What sells it for me is limited editions, which ironically Nintendo systems don't get, so I buy on another system instead.
