True, but the tracks of the SNES version are excellent, short (easy to remember) and pleasant to drive. 

The tracks on N64 are too long and boring. The SNES version has many other qualities, the battle mode on the N64 version was the only interesting thing about than game.

N64 is losing by a bit in my PS1 vs N64 thread right now, would like to see against the PS4, let it be the "challenge the N64 day", lol.

lol I'm more of a lurking observant, who posts after a lot of comments in these types of threads. 

Plus I doubt the mods would appreciate another thread about N64 vs another console.

The N64 was the perfect console for some good ol' multiplayer mayhem back in the day! Mario Party, Goldeneye, Perfect Dark, Mario Kart, Smash Bros and many others!

Good game, but I not a big fan of this franchise.

Aside from the controller I was never a fan of the Gamecube. I have to respectfully disagree with you I think nintendo put out some great titles during the gamecube era with Metroid Prime, Fire Emblem, Zelda Twilight Princess and Wind Waker, and Eternal Darkness all being better than mediocre in my opinion.  Also unlike the N64 the gamecube actually had some solid third party support with exclusive/timed exclusive games like Tales of Symphonia, Metal Gear Solid Twin Snakes, Resident Evil 0, Resident Evil 1 Remake, Resident Evil 4, and Baten Kaitos.  I agree with shikamaru outside of super mario 64, zelda ocarina of time, and killer instinct 64 I don't think I liked many other games for it.  I wasn't a fan of first person shooters at the time so perfect dark and golden eye did nothing for me.
