I think first week is obvious: Watch_Dogs. But I think the lifetime sales are more interesting. Maybe Watch_Dogs will be forgotten after a one or two months but Mario Kart games often have good sales for months. I don't think MK8 can beat all the Watch_Dogs versions together but some of them or even all of them.

...Ok, I love Nintendo but this is something about tolerance, ok?

Watchdogs PS4 alone will beat MK8 at launch. Not sure about LT though, it depends if WD lives up to expectations

First week watch_dogs will easily win, but Lifetime sales is still debatable. Considering Mario Kart typically has impressive legs and will be bundled from the get go - it could be Mario Kart 8's win at the end

MK8 will outsell any WD game on a single platform, but it won't beat WD lifetime and FW simply because it is coming to 5 platforms and eventually the Wii U.

Its sort of an unfair comparison since Watch Dogs, as like 10 people pointed out, is on 5 systems. If you wanted to say compare the PS4 WatchDogs to Mario Kart then that's a better comparison.
