I believe we'll see the game Q2 2015. Didn't Tidux even tweet there would be gameplay at E3?

Thats what I'm hoping for, and when I was guessing it would come out all along. These big shifts in ND just have me worried that they might be starting over to some degree.
Whatever the case, I'm sure they will do everything they can to get it to PS4 a quickly as possible.
This has definitely got to do with the pay cuts. It's just the team calling quits one after the other.

You cant delay a game that never had a launch window/date, so no it didnt get dealyed.
I guess something like September 2015 but no clue, maybe few months earlier or 1-2 months later. Don't think that it will release in 2016 just because a few guys left, something which happens in pretty much every company.
xmas 2014, just wait and see. Adding a new voice will be easy nuf.
There's no point in it coming 2015, GT7 will be their big release for that year.

I know a lot of people are saying this, but the game was/is expected to come out in 2015 based on ND's release history. If you look back on thier previous games, ever since they split into two teams, they have come out with a new game ever two years which gives each team about 4 years to work on each game.
What I am speculating here on this thread is that all this shifting with the key people who were making the game leaving could possible push back the release date to 2016, especially if the new guys decide to take their own direction with the game.
There's literally NO WAY Uncharted 4 is coming out this Christmas. Big budget games like that typically launch around a year after their first big reveal, and Uncharted 4 hasn't even had THAT yet, it's had a small teaser trailer just so people buy PS4s safe in the knowledge that at some point, there'll be more Uncharted. They'll give us a big gameplay reveal at E3 and likely launch in the first half of next year.
Gran Turismo 7 likely won't be their "big game" next year, either. It takes Polyphony a long, long time to make a Gran Turismo game, and if they're able to release GT7 next year, it'll likely be little more than a slightly-nicer-looking GT6, which won't exactly do much to impress people. Any updated GT6 they do release will do fairly well, but I highly doubt they'll have been able to create a real GT7 in that time.
Nate Wells only worked on TLOU for a brief period though and not on UC3 I believe (He was working on Bioshock Infinite prior).
But yeah, Amy and Justin leaving along with Todd makes me believe in a 2016 launch. If we are shown anything from UC4 this E3, it will be something small. Like a title maybe and a teaser. No gameplay.
