The thing is, a Blu-ray add-on wouldn't be the same price as an HD DVD add-on unless Microsoft is willing to lose a LOT of money, which would destroy the point.

Adding in the drive to the 360 will drive it's price up an extra $200 and ruin the 360.

2. This helps sell more Blu Ray Players.

3. Sony gets money from every Blu Ray movie sold.

Your argument is very desperate and rather pathetic.

I'm saying since they already have a 360 and spent their money on that system...and if they can get a blu-ray add on for cheap. Why would they buy a PS3. I am just sayin if the prices on the systems or add-ons arent more expensive. Most likely it will cost more.

1 If they were wanting a Ps3 they would buy it for games not a blu-ray player

2 360 isnt going to have ps3 games so having an add on wouldnt detract them from that.

3 If they want a blu-ray player. than awesome buy the add on. it will mean more appeal to the market and so forth.

4 If blu-ray player is a bonus for them while thinking of the system they will see Ps3 already has it. They would go for that and it wont hurt their sales.
