Let me clarify that for you then... we bought it for the Nintendo published games.

Numbers are like people. Torture them enough and you can get them to say anything you want.

bought it (at launch) because of super mario galaxy, and back then i didn't even know it'd be as good as it actually is.. suffice to say, i'm very happy with my purchase

I bought it because it's awesome. I bought it first because of price (and I don't like Microsoft, and don't want to contribute to them having another monopoly). Haven't bought a PS3 yet, and right now I am a little more satisfied with the wii than expected, that I doubt I will buy another console at least as quickly as I thought I would at time of purchase...

I bought my Wii because it had enough games to justify the price.

If (# of game I want) * (price of the games) >= (price of console) I buy the console.

The Wii did this at launch so I bought one.
