Didn't Target also gave out a 50$ gift card if you buy a deluxe Wii U bundle with New Super Mario Bros U and the Luigi one too? So many Nintendo product deals!

And why is it only Pokemon X?

And why is Nintendo so intent on giving out Pokemon X and Y free? They already allowed people to get a DL X and Y for free if people bought a 3DS with certain popular 1st party games.

So many questions.

My guess, since XY currently sold (actually shipped+digital) over 12mil in less than 6 months, gamefreak made a shit ton of profit, and to get exposure on the other games, they are using the games that already made them alot of money. If you were in charge, wouldn't you give away xy free for selling hardware and yoshi island/animal crossing/etc (that March promotion deal)

Seems like a good deal, a 2DS plus Pokemon X at only 99$ is quite good, specially for those can't get the game plus a member of the 3DS family, at regular price.

It only being the Pokemon X bundle is quite strange, but isn't Pokemon X the better selling game in the 6th gen duo? That could had been related with this only being for the Pokemon X bundle.

The 2DS is designed for kiddy-kids. I would recommend getting the original that is just designed for kids.

I don't really even want Pokemon X, I just want Fire Emblem and assorted RPGs.
