yeah,.. no they aren't.

..or at least no better known then nariko (heavenly sword), spike (ape escape), sir daniel (medievil), fat princess (fat princess), radec (killzone), or toro all of whom which got tons of flack for being nobodies.

Even i know who Spike is, and i never owned a PS console (or even played Ape Escape with friends' PlayStations back in the day). I also knew who Radec and Nariko were.

Only Toro was the real wtf character, and you're allowed a few of those.

I thought the bigger criticism was characters like Big Daddy who had little reason to belong there?

Anyway, none of these would be too bad in that regard.


well from my perspective everything but pokemon is a wtf character.   i certainly now the series name (fire emblem, xeno, kid icurus) but these characters are as mysterious to me as roy, marth, and mr. game and watch still are to me despite having owned melee and brawl.

I'm still hoping for Pac-man and a Tekken character for Namco’s representatives and Mewtwo's return.

Shulk and Chrom I completely agree, but I want Bayonette and Sora(kingdom hearts). 

Sora is iffy.

lol Sora is not happening.  really i think anymore third-parties are doubtful.  Sakurai was adamant in Brawl that he was going to limit third-parties as much as he could.  can't remember a recent quote from him  regarding third-parties, but at the most i think we will get one more.  i assumed Pac-Man would have been announced already.
