A friend of mine is trying to recover he password but each time he puts his mail to retrive his password it the error 403 i thought i was his computer but i also tried and the same thing happend to me.

I had this happen to me. It sucked. It took 2 days for it to work. After receiving my e-mails with passwords that didn't work, one finally did!

This doesn't exactly help, but I hope your friend will be able to log in soon.
