And by "too" I mean, they are both wrong AND you are wrong for stating that they are both wrong. This would imply a negative to a negative about a double negative relating to a contradiction. 

You should love what is right and hate what is wrong.

It depends really, I generally tend to dislike music that's mainstream, doesn't make me right and everyone else wrong. Just means I'm into different music. I generally despise Apple as a company, for far too many reasons to enumerate here, needless to say, the fact that so many people like them has nothing to do with my reasoning. There are plenty of things that would be considered mainstream, that I simply hate...but it's really got nothing to do with it's popularity, and entirely to do with business practices, customer treatment, the products they create, the things removed from their offerings as opposed to their previous lines (Easy example, CoD's removal of server features, mod and map making tools).

It's always been the way of the world. There's always been elitist snobs. The main thing is to like what you like regardless of what the hipsters may tell you. Not giving a fuck about the opinions of others is the creed by which we should all live.

I hate people who hate on things for no reason. Like hating on lil wayne is a mainstream thing that everybody does, but if you listen to him and compare him to other artists he isnt bad at all. This is just an example but it really grinds my gears when people who don't know what they're talking about go bash on something simply because its cool and other people are doing it too. Theyre like approval whores, they say something generally agreed on but stupid, to get everyones approval.
