The PS3 is getting some good JRPG's near the end of its life, maybe I should consider re-buying a PS3 instead of rushing to buy a PS4.

Now especially that The Last Guardian has a PS3 release date (Q2 2015 - made recently by Sony)

Persona 5 doing pretty well. Not a bad showing from Danganronpa 2, either. I expected a bit more from Destiny, though.

There needs to be more Wii U games announced so the Nintendo faithful have a bigger pool to draw from.

The Wii U has enough. It's the 3DS that needs more announced games.

No I disagree, WiiU's lineup is spread over a large interval.

Mario Kart 8 - May
Smash Bros + Bayonetta 2 - Fall 2014
X - 2015 (Summer?)

A big game every 6 months is not enough.

The 3DS lineup for the rest of 2014 is not any better (actually it might be worse). But if it ultimately means Wii U will get significantly more first-party support come 2015, I can deal with it.

Or it means that WiiU won't get any support. I bought my Wii when Pikmin 3 was a Wii game, and I bought it because I thought it was going to release soon. That was a confirmed title, and it still didn't release on the Wii. Same thing happened with Golden Sun for Gamecube, ended up as a DS game.

Anything can Happen, X could end up being ported for all we know. Nintendo could replace the WiiU when it replaces the 3DS and make a Portable/Home hybrid console like rumors speculate.

...and I suppose that I'll be fine anyway if Nintendo drops support for Wii U early. I don't plan on buying it until it comes down in price significantly (near GameCube levels of pandering to cheapskate consumers), or until X comes out. By the way, buying a system for a game that hasn't already been released... is not a great idea.

So what you're saying is you pulled "next summer" out of your ass. Those other games are no less "big" than X or Bayonetta.

Both SMT & FE have always only been niche franchises

Fire Emblem: Awakening is a 92/100 Metacritic game, and has sold significantly more than Xenoblade. What remains to be seen, however, is if the series can rekindle its success on home consoles. SMT adds a little extra sales potential, though it's as niche as can be.

Yea, I realize that now. However I'm glad I bought my Wii when I did, XenoBlade/The Last Story were awesome, and I still plan to beat Metroid Prime 3 and Smash Bros....one day.

I'm going to get a WiiU when there is a console bundle I like. I waited too long for my Wii, Smash Bros/Mario Kart/Metroid/Galaxy lost their hype at that point. I don't want to do that with WiiU. I might wait until X releases though, if there is a console bundle......I would want that so damn bad.

XenoBlade is also a 92/100 Metacritic game, and I love both.

I think XenoBlades sales were cut short because of NoA not wanted to accept it was wanted. It wasn't even in stock for 6 months, didn't even stick around for the first holiday season here. Ignoring this, if anything all this means is that X shouldn't count, meaning WiiU only has 2 "big" games planned.

However when you look at the votes, Smash Bros, Mario Kart and X dominate, that's why I said 3 big games.

We can't effectively gauge SMTxFE's vote-mongering potential when we hardly have any information about it. In fact, we probably have more information on the next Zelda game.

Maybe, but Atlus is developing it, and I'm not a fan of SMT games..... I hope they unveil some info at E3.

But I do want to see something else. Zelda, Metroid, a new IP, whatever.

Wow, I didn't know I could find another set of data that would totally mirror real life status like COMG. I'm convinced these horrible Wii U sales are all a hoax.

Actually, we have tait until X, Super Smash Bros 4, and Mario Kart 8 out for Wii U sales to be awesome. But based on this data, the Wii U will top 50 million shortly after those games are released!

Wolfenstein better be as amazing as it looks like it is going to be !  It seems to be flying under the radar but the trailers are totally f'n awesome.

Oh this is interesting every month again. Let's see what May brings ^^
