I'd suggest to go get some sleep. Trust me you can do a lot more better on VGC than you do now.

For over a year now Ive visited this site, frequently having sleepless nights because of it. Its already 4:09 here and here I am still talking to you guys.

Should I ask for a ban for health reasons or do you think its just normal to be doing this??

in my opinion you should prioritize sleep, so maybe try to sleep without a ban and if you can't then request one. Also Tea>Coffee

I work in my country's police sector's  communication, they have blocked it because VGC has got the word 'games' in it. This happened soon after I got my VPN access. I need to get an LTE modem used at work. Then I'd log back hopefully. Old habits die hard.

Good thing I'm my own boss and work at home! But without constantly checking up on here, I would work like 2 hours less every day... The thing is, I don't earn any money while I'm here, so I really shouldn't do it... But it's always so tempting...
