Love my Vita and the library is not bad at all. Gonna say no because of portability. Don't care about phone emulation, because the control layout is different. I do feel that the PS Now thing could be a similar trend for handheld gaming if it works well, so I do see it dying off soon.

If sony phones keep picking up, I could see them making a phone/handheld hybrid for the next gen. Nintendo will be able to survive on their exclusive library alone though.

 

PS...I prefer a more complete experience with my gaming.  Console and handheld gaming line being blurred is a good thing in my opinion.
