Does it? Can anyone confirm this?

11MB is virtually nothing these days, no way a game could play on that, would be simply impossible for a game like Dynasty Warriors 8. 11GB could be possible, but not 11MB.

I have the game on PS4. I can confirm that on the back of the case it says a minimum off 11MB is required for Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag :)

Interesting theory, this could be it! I'll check it out!
EDIT: Just checked, AC4 save file is in fact 11MB, just like the mandatory install size on the back of the case.
if i understand the ps4 just a tad if you only have 11mb the game will play just fine from the disc, it doesnt have to install i guess.

Like I said before, 11mb these days is in no way enough to run a game on, it would be impossible for 99.999% of the games. 11GB on the other hand would be plenty.

I guess PS4 games can run without install with low performance... if I have time I will make the test.

I would check it if I had enough stuff to fill up my PS4.

I think you are confusing with the Xbox One. I dont think PS4 games need to be installed completely in the hard drive if you have the disc.
Tbh though, i have not looked on the harddrive to see if it installed. I think its optional, pretty much like the 360 had. I will look it up next time i have mine on. I have this faint impression that its a settings thing you can turn off.
