I agree about Dualshock 4 being good but not the greatest. I tried both Xbone's and PS4's controller and I admit I prefer PS4's. I like the analog sticks more and the touchpad and speakers. With the Xbone's my hands are all crammed together. The bumpers are big as hell.

In the end, Xbox 360 controller is vastly superior.

If all the older controllers are anything to go by, it'll be another instance where I need to get a PlayStation console in spite of that controller. Yeh, there are allot of good controllers in history. N64 was not one of my favorite. DS3 was really good, DS2 was better, but the DS4 feels soooo good.

I'm definitely going to try the DualShock 4 out. Either when I actually get a PS4, but likely long before that, and I hope to be proven wrong and be swayed by it as well. Like I said, it seems to be a big upgrade, possibly fixing most of the things I didn't like before, so I have good hope .

To me dual shock 4 trash, like it wasnt made for long term game sessions...

Why every PlayStation controller feels like it is made for kids? :/

no needs work

the light cant be turned off im getting ridiculously low hrs after a full charge 5-6hrs the r1 and l1 buttons stick and the controller itself still develops flex and even creaks like the ds3

havent had much time on the xb1 but the 360 controller still has the edge for best controller of all time form me

Dualshock 4 is the best controller for me. I love the share button and it fits perfectly in my hands; the sticks so much better than Dualshock 3, so precise. Also L2/R2 work better.

While I haven't personally used the DS4, I can't believe that a controller with that symmetrical stick layout can possibly be the "greatest of all time."

Good question.

Most gamers that I spoke to were not too keen on the new XBox controller. They did not see much improvements other than the rumble in the triggers.
