I think I posted a thread about it back when I made this and tried posting it on reddit (where the mods deleted it because it wasn't "gaming related"), but I don't think anyone else has been using this, are you sure you aren't thinking of a different picture? I'm sure I wasn't the first or only one that had this idea :D

How is it not gaming related? I'm not sure how many times I've seen it, but it was enough for me to remember it.

Lol, don't ask me, the mod didn't offer an explanation, I probably could have put a pic of a PS4 or X1 in the background and it would have been fine, but it wasn't that important to me.

I haven't seen it used anywhere, but I would find it funny if someone picked it up and posted it somewhere else.

Considering the only thing that should go up in quality is graphical demand, gould get no different reviews really. I'm not sure what reviewers are doing really though. One review for Infamous SS marked it down as the writing and story didn't progress since last gen. Did they mean the writing wasn't improved? Is writing meant to just get better over a generation? Hardly. In most sequels the plot doesn't really change, they stick to a format. So I wonder what they were on about, yet they said it was fun to play. Yet with Titanfall they marked it up (some did) just because it was fun even if it lacked features. A contradiction to no ends considering Titanfall has no story at all in respect.

Review scores are pointless, many of the best reviewers on the interwebs don't even give review scores.

Or it could be that most 8th gen games thus far aren't fundamentally any better than their 7th gen counterparts with the exception of the visual department.
