Congrats to MS on the improved sales, but i was expecting, no, hoping, for more.

WW, it's not going to be a contest, PS4 is going to steamroll the X1 in March. In the US though, I could see X1 getting ahead purely due to the fact that PS4 stock is still supplied constrained.  The PS4 should be back on top next week and it'll stay there.

Finally the famous Titanfall's week. Outsold PS4 by 20k or something globally. Not bad but not great either. Next week PS4 and 3DS are probably above.

Really? xbone outsell ps4 this week "globally" is not impressive? with no xbone in japan? ..wow ok...

I was expecting Titanfall and the UK price cut to let the X1 have the EU for at least 1 week, but it makes up for that failure with a nice US figure.

Surprised by the PS4 numbers as well. Very little PS4 drop for either the US or Japan (both pretty impressive, but for different reasons). And the EU is actually up, though that can probably be credited to the UK getting more shipments.

PS4 undertracked in US !

Good jump for XBO, though I do think PS4 is being heavily under tracked in the US again. Last month it did 280k where it had massive supply issues, now it's doing 50k for a week where Amazon got a massive shipment and PS4 continuously topped the best sellers list. Makes no sense.

The Walmart are not impressed. $450 for the xb1 with titanfall. That will help sales though going forward. I would have expected higher sales figures this week. They packaged in a game and it only helped sell an extra 60,000 consoles. I feel bad for those who paid $500 without the game then splashed out an extra $60 for titanfall at this point = $560 compared to someone who can now pick up both at Walmart for $450 a few weeks later.

doubt XB1 will fall under PS4 next week in US unless PS4 sales increase by a good amount. which i dont see happening. microsoft still have the titanfall bundle in the usa which will still boost sales. March NPD will be interesting, most likely an Xbox One win.
