Isn't it kinda stupid that Nintendo doesn't sell an official soundtrack? (Digital or Physical)

The soundtrack has been acclaimed so it would only make sense to make some extra bucks by selling it. Everyone does it so why doesn't Nintendo do it?

Might happen. They did official soundtracks for both Galaxy games. Then again, generally speaking, most of their games don't see a dedicated soundtrack release, unfortunately.

However with Iwata's recent comments about Nintendo branching out and licensing out their franchises for things beyond videogames, who knows...

They sometimes do like they did with Pokemon

they should, otherwise people will just steal it.

(Granted they'll steal it either way), but atleast some will buy it.

I'd buy it if they released an LP or double LP or whatever fits.
