I think the two Avalon arcs put Gargoyles above X-Men and Superman, so at least 7th. The shows above that place are too different to make a good comparison or just better (Batman TAS). That way there will be no battle between Superman and Spiderman supporters.

I've watched 1-2 seasons of Teen Titans recently (thanks, crappy spanish TVs for not buying the entire show!) and despite the differences I think Fairly OddParents is better, but can't we get rid of the Powerpuff Girls instead?

TMNT is the weakest show in the 80's cartoons, IMO. Silverhawks is silly, but Transformers isn't? . It has better animation, epic 80's music and it's not like Transformers has an uber complex plot.

You should have the capacity to edit the thread as the OP. It's been a while since i wasn't a mod so it's hard for me to remember, but under "Edit Thread" there should be a dropdown menu that lets you move it to any other forum in the index.

Personal reasons, mostly. I watched a lot of the greatest that 90s toons had to offer, but Captain Planet was one of the ones that really stuck with me through adulthood. Objectively it has a lot of problems, but it just had such a big impact on me (probably the foundation for how i ended up such a raging pinko Social Democrat :D) that it certainly sticks in there more than objectively better series (the three below it, for starters, along with the Aladdin animated series and probably Freakazoid)

Nothing from this decade is good. Have you seen the crap on Cartoon Network? Adventure Time? The art direction alone in new cartoon makes the unwatchable.

Below Family Guy? Really? And it should be "2002-2005, 2006-2007" because Disney decided to end it after 65 episodes, but brought it back for another season due to popular fan demand.

I didn't even like enough shows to make a top 10 for any decade. You forgot Dave the Barbarian and Brandy & Mr. Whiskers. Phineas & Ferb probably goes into the 2010s, seeing how the dates seem to be about when the shows were produced, not when they started.

Hmm, I was making allowances for how Family Guy used to be better than it is now, but maybe I overcompensated.

Also, my intention is to go by original air dates, but I haven't been too careful with what I'm copy/pasting.
