I'm sure I've embedded incorrectly, but just reminding everyone that one of the most unique indie games I've seen in a long while is arriving to Nintendo's downloadable service this week.  I have no idea what the price point will be, but I'm expecting something between 9.99-12.99.

Edit: This title will sell for $4.99.

The title features graphics reminescent of what we used to doodle on our Trapper Keeper binders in the 80's.  Crazy to see those kinds of imaginings appearing now in a playable form.

Is this game on anyone else's radar?  Have any intentions of picking up the title? Thoughts?

Thanks for the embed, spurgeonryan...and I understand that it won't be many people's cup of tea. Hopefully it stirs some to open their wallets as I'd love to see a few more games in this style.

Platformer, shooter.

It began as a shooter...but after his kickstarter was so successful he beefed up the game to add more depth. There's also a scene that you don't see in this trailer where the character walks straight into the background so there will be multiple viewing levels as well.

Added an edit to the OP...but thought I'd make a post for it as well, considering this is my one-man campaign to get this title some love.

Ballpoint Universe will sell for $4.99! Not too bad for an indie title. Was expecting at least $9.99. Hopefully this low price point isn't because there isn't that much content to the game.
