the ps4 is low end just the way it is mate

The PS4 is about equal to a 7870.  That is still high end.

it is not a 7870 just take a look at the benchmarks. How is the r9 270 high end when did this happen?

We can argue semantics, but its simply not native 1080p.

HOWEVER, I think its an interesting technique. If the result is a picture that looks arguably better than native 720p, perhaps this technique should be used more often.

Guerrilla obviously didn't use this technique in the campaign because the result is a picture inferior to native 1080p.

It is a 1080p image, they're just constructing it from 3 different images in the framebuffer(I think it's in the frame buffer, if Joe would like to correct me here) to fill in the missing image.  Those 3 images are rendering different parts and are combined with prediction of what's going to be next  to create the final image.  There's not one pixel being stretched to the next which is the opposite of what's happening on the One, unless stated otherwise (Which I haven't read any dev say otherwise for 90% of One games).

Yeah, not native 1080p and they didn't bother using that technique in the campaign for a reason. Don't waste your time trying to convince me.

if you knew about computers the 260x would definately not be mid range

It's memory is clocked WAY higher than the 7870's (Even higher than the 7970's).  This more than makes up for the 7870 having 20% more cores.  Then factor in HSA and the other massive pipline changes made and it is obvious that the PS4 is almost exactly a 7870 in performance.

What is your definition of native?

Because they felt that the campaign didn't need any 60fps.

The real question is what do I consdier native 1080p and it s not that technique.

If they felt that technique looked as good as native 1080p they would have used it in the campaign.

think about it bro the ps4 would easily get high 1080p how come it doesn't if it's a 7870?

No it is 1080p.  For instance Borderlands 2 on PC renders its shadows in 720p by defailt.  Does that mean it isn't in 1080p?  The lighting and particles are in different resolutions as well.  People really need to STFU when they don't know what they are talking about...
