I agree. Vita TV fits the western market more than in japan. 

It's still dead in Europe and North America. Japan is the only thing keeping it afloat, which is probably one of the reason only Japanese are really getting any games for it.

Yes, but one console must sell 100.000 global for sell well... and Vita sell 55.000...is an improvement, but not enough, They have to go out games in USA and Eu!!!

Boosted by a bundle we won't get in the west and by a game which is beginning to look like it'll never come to the west.
