Really dislike these options. Also dislike the term gamer. Why do we have to be put in a labeled box.. What kind of movier are you guys btw?

It varies, I can go for a month without playing anything and then dive into a 60 hour gaming week. On the whole, I spend a lot more time than average on games and gaming though, but I don't know exactly how I'd "classify" myself based on the poll, probably intermittent hardcore...

I go on and off between average and hardcore. Depends on what is out at the time and what is going on in real life.

I'm like a lot of you. When the time allows I can get lost in a good game for hours on end. Unfortunately life has a habit if getting in the way of my playing time. There should have been a binge option. I don't play very much, but when I do it's balls to wall!

Average, shading toward casual.

I have other hobbies so I don't actually spend a huge amount of time playing games. If I like a game, I'll get really into it and play it for quite awhile--I like long games--but I don't buy many games and I'll quickly stop playing a game if I don't care for it much. That's why I have a huge back-log, I've started a ton of games and just couldn't get into them, so I put them off for later.
