But for Porn Hub I could use Sony's older headsets for movies without head tracking and so on. 

I have no clue about Sony's older headsets so that this was only a guess, not sure if they would really work the same for a "movie".

But now imagine a hentai game sold with a vibrator/masturbator with the VR + using the ps cam so that it could track your hands and maybe even more of you. Some people would get crazy over that if they could play a game in which the girl/guy in the game would have sex with the player.

It will depends on how much it cost. If the price is right, it may appeal to the masses. But if the price is high it will scare away people.

Not every technological advancement championed by the porn industry makes it's way to the mainstream. Example: HD-DVD (defeated by Blu-ray).

VR is pointless. It will go the way of 3D I predict (for now)

We don't know how VR works/feels at this moment in time. So dooming or praising are both utterly stupid. I'm glad there are people working on new tech though.

 

Most people are content with what they know and are automatically against that which they don't know, which is why those voices should be ignored.
