I almost always root for the underdog. :(

So I hope you're happy.  One year from now, this site will be a ghost town.  No competition amongst 8th gen consoles.  A lone tumbleweed will roll through the forums.  All of the good times we've had here are coming to an end.  Without a good console war to keep us interested, what's the point of the internet?  

It's over.  It's all over.

 

 

 

And you want to know what the sad part is?  The PS4 ain't even that great.

The Wii dominated last gen, yet people argued over second and third place endlessly (the discussion you talk about).

I guess it's time for Xbox and Nintendo fans to populate the forums with their debate.

You're wrong. There is (and will ever be) plenty of people to debate with. The poll of the thread on my signature proves that this site is now more balanced than ever. I believe that in 2007/2008 things might have been pro-Nintendo a bit too much (and yet there were for sure a lot of Sony, Microsoft and PC fans). But now it's even (probably only between Sony and Nintendo, as I fear that Microsoft and PC don't have many fans here).

Lol, wut? Certainly not it won't. Here in europe the Xbox One sells as many units as the Wii U. When entering an electronic market, the Xbox One is pretty easy to find. You can hardly miss the huge stacks. PS4 is another matter. Not once i've seen a free living PS4. And yet it sells five times better.

Yup I see these X1 game not 1080p threads to get super old in a years time. Someone will make a thread because they will feel good about themselves and everybody will be like "ok cool. Moving on".



Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

After the MS and Nintendo camp's unconditional surrender, the internet will be a better place. Gamers will unite under one roof: PS4. Fights will soon start about the quality of games like they used to, instead of bickering about what console is best.

We're not there yet though, war will continue to rage, there are still some hardcore MS and Nintendo fans in small concentrations on the outskirts of game forums that refuse to acknowledge the return of the king.

Before someone says infamous, that game looks extremely repetitive and generic aside from pretty graphics. 78/100 all across the board, you heard it first here.

Also, I don't find Titanfall hugely interesting, certainly not interesting enought to buy a new console for it rather than get it cheaper on PC or 360. So thus, since I don't find it interesting, PS4 sales are going to fly into the distance.
