That's why it's more OP! Hitting multiple people > hitting one person! Also, when you see someone get's a Blue Shell on the second screen, drop back behind 2nd place and let them take the hit!

If you are a pro Mario Kart player then you shouldn't have to care about any type of item.

Too bad I'm not a pro and the Blue Shell in MK7 always screwed me over...

I think it's kind of strategy. Take the risk and be the first or try to stay the 2nd and use your chance in the last round? But without wings it is just a thing that kills everthing.

you just reminded me WiiU has a second screen, I really hope it dosent show items. Thats like worst thing ever when your opponent knows when to hold items and use them.

lol, you dislike everything that makes the game better! Yes it's been confirmed since E3 that everyone's items will be shown. This only further balances the nature of items as a whole, especially the Blue Shell, as not only is it very possible for the 1st place guy to avoid it, but with people trying to do so, that'll give the guy holding onto the Blue Shell time to catch up, when otherwise it wouldn't do ya much good if you're in 6th or something.
