Define success OP. You mean critically acclaimed, monetary, evolution of the company going forward(strong foundation)?

I believe in terms of money Activision will lead the way followed by EA and Ubisoft.
In terms of metacritic, metacritic is subjective. So can't exactly prove that a game is good or bad, because it's nothing more than personal opinion.

South Park isn't a real Ubisoft game either a large chunck of the game was made under THQ.

Err... no. I'm still expecting Watch Dogs to be unimpressive, The division will be delayed to late 2015 and the new Assassins Creed will see further declining sales. That car game will also flop (the crew).

If anything i think they are the next train wreck up to buy.

Activision has skylanders - cod and Destiny coming out this year.
EA - Fifa, TitanFall, Madden, Dragon Age and most likely another FPS by the end of the year.
though i say Activision has a better chance at it, Destiny seems like it will be HUGE

Activision will clearly be more successful in terms of sales and revenue. That's not to take away from Ubisoft's success though, they've had a lot of success nurturing their Assassin's creed franchise and turned it into a roughly 10 Million yearly seller. Diversifying their lineup with games like Watchdogs will only strengthen them. But no, they won't be the most successful.
