Ever since Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare came out, I've begun revisiting this idea. Why hasn't Nintendo made a 3rd person shooter Mario party game yet!? It seems so obvious.

32 different diverse maps in different Mario (and Donkey Kong) themed worlds. You can play as members of the Mario gang, the Donkey Kong gang, or the Bowser gang, each with slightly different stats. Crazy items like a Pirana Plant mine, green shell granades, fire balls, or an invincability star. The possibilities are endless.

So what do you guys think? Do you thing Nintendo should add third pillar to Mario Kart/Super Smash Bros. killer app house?

They should just use real guns... Lol.

That actually sounds pretty fun and kid friendly in Nintendo's tradiion. I would fuck.

i've thought it to be a good idea since i first heard the idea ~4-5 years ago.

It could be the game to simultaneouslty bring Nintendo fully into the online scene and bring back couch co-op for shooters.

We should petition Nintendo. I really don't understand why they haven't done this yet. The possibilities are limitless. It would be rivaled only by Mario Kart in terms of Mario sport game popularity.

They should have done that on the Wii...
