2D Metroid. There's already a Super Mario 3D Land 2, except it's "World" instead of "Land." There's also already two remakes of Zelda games in the past two or so years. They should take at least a small break.

I'm not going to insist on Nintendo milking more of their franchises. That's evil!

I'm probably gonna get SM3DW at some point after I get a Wii U this year, so Majora's Mask 3D would be great for me considering I've never played it!

Metroid.

Even if both a Majora's Mask remake and Mario 3D Land 2 would sell a lot more. I'd say save Majora's Mask for the franchise's 30th anniversary in 2016 and let a be a good yet easy to make (so resources can be spent on 3DS's successor) game to send the system out with. Metroid this year, Mario next year.
