Forums - Microsoft - When will EA agree to show off the 360 version of Titanfall?

They will show it after it releases. It's a marketing strategy by MS (obviously).

They won't. MS wouldn't want it to dip into potential XBox One sales.

While it is on Xbox360 MS is clearly attempting to pass it off as an XBox One exclusive. Showing off the 360 version does them no favors going forward.

I really hate how deceptive they are and I really doubt EA would be pulling this because we would've seen it by now.

Remember, the 360 version was pushed back? Gives the XBox One version a greater chance to shine.

All the spotlight is on that one version.

Then they even packaged it with all XBox Ones. It is clear as day what they are attempting to do with the franchise, which is to pass it off as a true blue XBox One exclusive.

They need to sell XBox Ones. Can't have it's older brother getting in the way now can they?

They should've just not even bothered with the 360 version.  Make it a true X1 exclusive so that consumers HAVE to buy the X1 to play this game.

I honestly don't think it was up to Microsoft at that point. EA was already throwing away the Nintendo and PlayStation Platforms, and even if they expected the XBOne to dominate, releasing solely for the XB1 would've thrown away an enourmous amount of Money and I doubt that EA loves Microsoft more than Money.
Let alone would they not have a ghost of a chance beating COD.

True, but they have no chance to outsell COD anyway.  COD sells like 25 million copies per game across all platforms.  I know Titanfall is awesome, but it's got no chance to sell 25 million copies just on MS platforms.

EA can dream

It would be great if they could do 360 - Xbox One cross-platform multiplayer

The difference between these games will be minimal if you are not a graphics snob,

I wonder about that since the 360 version was outsourced to another studio.  I know graphically it will be inferior, but my concern is will it play as fast and smooth as the XONE version.  And more importantly, will the 360 version be running on MS's dedicated servers as the XONE version will.

Looking back  at COD Titanfall doesn't look like such a massive leap in retrospect. COD is pretty much on par with COD Ghosts. I use COD as a table for Titanfall because Zampella used to focus on gameplay over graphics. He seems to be doing the same thing with this game. Problem is we cant see the 360 version.

Well both versions of Titanfall will have the same assets, I don't see where the two versions will differ outside of slightly lower res. and frame rate stability.

Can't we all just get along. If not for yourself, do it for the future.

Yeah, great marketing. This is looking like it has very little benefit for EA. MS must've paid them a shit ton.

Exactly. Last gen versions of newer games are boasting a hard sell for next gen consoles.

Judging by the graphics seen in Titanfall on X1 if imagine they look pretty much identical between both platforms.

To increase the chances of getting TitanFallBunduruite with Xbox One's Microsoft is using repel on Xbox 360. With TitanFallBundurite the Xbox One can Mega Evolve to gain the fighting type advantage on the PS4
