So how many PS4's will Sony sell per week now that the lauch phase is over? I think Japan's demand is high but not as high as places like NA and Europe so I predict roughly 30k per week.

Any compelling Japanese software releasing soon? If not I feel your numbers spot on it will average in between 20,000-30,000. I expect next week sales to drop off downwards of around 70,000-80,000.

The baseline will be at 10-15k, should go up next year with major titles releasing.

This looks good.

I think Japanese people are smart enough to see that PS4 is dominating, and will be picking up a ton of support. We all know FFXV/KH3/MGSV are coming and basically exclusive in Japan. Many Japanese developers have showed a lot of interest in PS4, and I think the much easier nature of the console will see them support it much sooner than PS3. Come TGS I expect to see some pretty major announcements about PS4 exclusives (Monester Hunter/Dragons Quest).

With that said, I think it will hover around 25K through the early part of this year, and jump into the 40 - 50K range once major announcements are made.
