Nintendo is hiring = bad news

Sony firing = good news

Well, to be honest some of these jobs aren't really new. I've checked Nintendo's hiring board several times, and every time I've checked bilingual translator has been on the list. That, and because there's no particular rhyme or reason behind these postings makes me think they just posted all their hiring slots in one go to get attention.

On the other hand, they could also be growing a new subdivision.

Job at nitendo its not a official account

These jobs are open since Jan 2013

Yet, theses positions remains open, what don't look as a good sign.

What we expect: A new NA based studio taht will develop western games to western audience.

What we will get: App for android and ios to merchandise nitenndo plattaforms.

But, hey, the good news is: since no one got the spot yet, maybe you guys in NA should go for it. Remember, they will never fire you.

"Hardware design isn’t about making the most powerful thing you can.
Today most hardware design is left to other companies, but when you make hardware without taking into account the needs of the eventual software developers, you end up with bloated hardware full of pointless excess. From the outset one must consider design from both a hardware and software perspective."

Hopefully Cammie will be back. It was the only person who really have results.

I disagree - Perrin Kaplan was much more effective.

Nope. Cammie was resposible, or in part, in the success of the Wii in the early days. Remember her 2008 E3 presentation? That year Wii sold 24m units.

Cammie joined in 2007, Perrin oversaw the Wii launch. She also spent a remarkable amount of time flirting with Matt Cassamassinassamassininassia during interviews with him - any woman who could manage to do that with a straight face has to be remarkably capable.

Oh! Then I want both back.
