OK, I think I need to clarify a few points...

First of all, these are supposed to be predictions, not a game of state the obvious; so some of them may be unlikely but I think currently they're all possible and based on the current political and commercial climate. I can see this happening.

So, here goes:

1. People hear bankruptcy and rarely understand what's meant. I'm not claiming Capcom will disappear. I am however claiming they'll be forced to liquidate some assets and I see certain properties being sold on. Capcom could be acquired by a larger publisher, though I doubt it'll come to that this year... though it's certainly a likely future.

2. The Vita is currently being packed in with one of the PS4 bundles in Europe and it's had a price drop in the UK. Add in some of the games coming and it will likely sell steadily. There will be no big spikes admittedly. It has nothing like Smash Bros. or Titanfall coming so it's unlikely to break out; but selling a further 5 million by the end of 2014 is not only reasonable but likely, especially with the launch of the PS4 going so well.

3. I didn't say Microsoft would stop supporting the 360 or switch off Xbox Live, I said they would ANNOUNCE their intention to do so. I expect them to actually do so around April 2015 in time for the new financial year.

4. Again, I said tentatively announce or heavily hint, not "will make". In fact I expect them to do little more than tease the fanbase for the entire year then announce something really annoying; like a re-release on iOS or something equally stupid.

5. No-one really has much of an issue with this prediction.

6. OK... Xbone fanboys, stop getting your knickers in a twist. You've not even got the fucking game yet, stop acting like I've insulted your mother. I think Titanfall will be a let down. I expect it to sell moderately well, to have a decent amount of success, but to not come close to Call Of Duty, Halo, or even Battlefield for player base, regardless of quality. By the end of the year, I expect it's online community to be niche appeal at best, much like how Gears Of War was last gen. It'll be well received, but no-where near the game-changer people are expecting.

7. Granted, this one is unlikely, but it's not unreasonable. Nintendo are putting DS games on the Wii U online store, and they've done add ons like this before. The Gameboy Player on Gamecube, the Super Gameboy on SNES. It's not something that I'd necessarily bet on, but it's the kind of strange move I expect from Nintendo nowadays.

8. Ok... this one was obvious,

9. Yeah; Smash Bros, Mario Kart, and a new Zelda... plus there's Bayonetta and X coming. These will be enough to grab around 6 million sales. Hell, I'm optimistic for Nintendo this year and I think they'll have a good Christmas for 2014, I won't be shocked to see the Wii U top 15 million.

10. The PS3 is already outselling the Xbox One for this year, and a new budget bundle is now available in UK and Australia, and the Xbox One isn't selling as well as people where expecting. Add in the recession and the now increasingly massive library of super-cheap games (PS3 games have dropped from average £20 each to average £6 each). I think the PS3 will become the budget console of choice for this year.

11. Perhaps this is a hopeful prediction, but there are a lot of people pushing for this and the issue is seeing some movement. Add in large companies with a lot of money wanting to see Brazil open up and I can see the laws changing. They won't change as much or in the way gamers want, but as people have said, it's a corrupt government and corrupt governments follow the money. If enough companies push for this, I can see movement for these laws.

12. Yeah.... 'announce' was the wrong word definitely. I'm shocked at the lack of MMO love here though.

Hopefully, this clarified a few of my points.

Well, I'm glad you had fun, it must be so hard for you considering how much trouble you have reading simple statements.

Agreed. In fact, Nintendo would do well to simply outright acquire Capcom. Having Mega Man, Monster Hunter, Resident Evil, Devil May Cry, and Street Fighter as exclusive franchises would be incredible. They would have a strong and unique line up of gamer centric games that are neither platformers or racing games avaliable; especially if they re-invent Resident Evil. The problem is, Capcom is unlikely to give up so easily. They're moving into mobile development at the moment, and are a proud company that won't give up easily. This is why I see them more likely to sell off some of their lesser used franchises and properties. I can see them selling Mega Man, Okami and a few smaller brands and holdings, but their big four... that's something they'll try to hold on to till the bitter end and I think there would be a lot of competitive bidding for Monster Hunter if it was ever put up for auction. Nintendo hates bidding wars and tends to stay out of them. If I was being hopefull I'd have said "Nintendo acquires Capcom as a first party developer", but I wanted to make predictions, not a wishlist.
