It's a shame I don't really care about indie games otherwise this would actually matter to me.

Resistance and Killzone the only two I can think of. By the way who was the guy that said Xbox only has FPS games? Dead Rising 3, Forza 5, Killer Instinct, Crimson Dragon, Ryse, D4, Fable Legends, and Zoo Tycoon. None of those are FPS games oh and Quantum Break and Sunset Overdrive.

Don't forget MAG.
People seem to have it stuck in their heads that Xbox is only FPS because they sell more on Xbox. But never look at how Sony is constantly trying to compete with Halo. Oh yeah, and also Max: The Curse of Brotherhood.

Actually, a few years go indie developers were avoiding Sony because MS gave them more freedom. Indie developers want to own their IPs and port them to other platforms if they desire. Sony now works with indie developers even if they want to put their games on other platforms such as PC and mobile. Hence, Sony simply became more like MS and got more support because of it.
As I said before, limiting yourself to one console means you're gonna out on interesting exclusives.

These companies have projects proposed to them and they have to pick and chose what people want, what is financially worth while, etc. Every major publisher has passed on something that became a success.
Sony has been pretty good at choosing interesting artsy projects. But lets not ignore they have published a lot of flops as well.

Well I am 7 years older than then (though I've only been a member since 2008) and also 7 years more sick of tired of this childish behavior no matter what side it's coming from. Maybe I'm just too old for these communities. I saw a thread on neogaf where someone was asking how many remember the old Centipede commercial for the 2600 and most responses were people saying they weren't even born yet. Yeah ... |
Yeah, I'm seven years older and I find it difficult to be calling people out for things that were being done to them over the past 7 years. Turnabout is fairplay, after all. So, in the future, now that everyone's had the pleasure of having their noses rubbed in it, maybe we can be a tad more civil. Until that time, I'm opening the popcorn and watching with no small amount of amusement.
Microsoft will be mad when this game will become the next Jouney
