Wii = Wii Sports, so absolutely not.

No, it was something new and unique and you just wanted to try it because it was for everybody. Today it wouldn't do the same job as well.

Probably not but I could say the same thing for PS3 and Xbox 360 if I took away Call of Duty which was their biggest seller. You need that one game that is a mega hit. That is the real problem I see with next-gen right now is there are some great games, especially on Wii U, just no mega hits.

Lets be honest Wii only won the first half of last gen. It was seriously lagging behind in the last two years. Especially in 2013, Wii was dead and being replaced by Wii U while the Ps3 and Xbox 360 both manage to sell over 5 million consoles.

Nintendo had three major hits last gen, Wii Sports, Wii Fit and Just Dance captured the casual and female crowd. Then you add in the hardcore gamers that played the Zelda, Mario nad other gamers adn you get a 100 Millions hardware seller consoles.

You can't think of the Wii without Wii Sports.

Nope, Wii sports was the game that basically anyone with a Wii had, even after Nintendo stopped bundling it people still went out of there way to buy it. Also there are a lot of people out there who bought a Wii just to play that game.

Unlikely, it was the perfect software/hardware synergy and pure, simple genius.

Nintendo need to finish Wii Sport Club asap and then do a brand new Wii Sport 2,
plus they must have Fifa 15 on th Wii U with all features,
