Square main marketing for its mobile game is the success of it's big game. (BTW, they have 2 AAA games releasing in february and march, not really the best timing for your comment)
Hard to say, but I'm thinking a Japanese company will be first seeing as how explosively the tablet/mobile market growth has been and still is in Japan and Asia in general.
