it didn't flop, just was not good sales. Flop would be if it sold under 500k imo. But i think Sony expected it to sell  anywhere between 5mil-10mil (rival that of SSBB)

I would have said Wii U would be a success if this was pre-E3 2012... but as soon as the show was over, and we knew hardly anything more about the Wii U than we did the year prior and the promise of unprecedented 3rd party support and partnerships vanished into thin air, it was painfully obvious something was wrong with the future of this console.

why would you think those games WOULDNT flop?

OT are going with just games? cause console wise Wii U and game wise. honestly. just about every 3rd party game for the system. Especially the CODs and ACs they werent going to do PS360 numbers but damn. I guess that comes down to low console sales.

PS4 never imagined it would do as good as it did. Tearaway, it didnt flop actually doing quite well for a game made by only 15 people, thats without digital

Resident Evil 0
Eternal Darkness
Metroid Prime 2
Metroid Prime 3

Thought they would flop:
Far Cry 3
Dead Space 3(and it did, haha)

I thought they wouldn't flop because W101 has lots of praise by fans, Sonic tends to be a million seller, and Rayman has lots of praise and Origins sold more.
