Realistically, Mario Kart 8 is the final weapon WiiU has. If that won't work, Smash won't either and the console will permanently stay doomed I'm afraid.

Nearly all games shoot to the top of amazon.jp when they're first put up for pre-order. If it's still there in 3-4 days time, it'll mean more than it does now.
