It's fine when I see 2-8gb installs on my PS3 from Bioshock or GTAV, but when Knack requires a 37gb install, Killzone 38gb, and even Just Dance 22gb, that just makes me prefer multiplats on my PC. The advantage of playing on consoles was that you just insert the disc and start playing, now you have to install it like a PC, yet inferior to said PC. Why would I play an inferior version of a game on the PS4(Outlast) when I can just play the definitive version on my PC? I would rather get multiplats on PS3 than PS4, they hardly look any better and make a better impression on 7 year old hardware than on new 3 month old hardware.

I do have PS plus, most of the games they offer I already bought, Bioshock Infinite, DMC, Saints Row 3, Borderlands 2.

Yes, micro-transactions are optional. But why have them in the first place? Charging a dollar or two for weapons on God of War Ascension makes you look desperate to recover profits (like EA desperate), especially when you see Namco Bandai giving out free DLC on Tekken Tag Tournament 2 and Rockstar giving out weapons and packs on GTAV online

Because it's the definitive gaming system this gen. With the PS4 you are set for years and at the end it will have the most extensive library of games.

you guys realize the ps4 has it's own motion camera.. with voice commands in games.. and for it's UI.. where you can say playstation play. or playstation etc..

voice commands are included in multiplat games.. for ps4 as well.. and if you look down the line.. or even think about sony's first party line up.. microsoft cannot even touch sony.. and they never did last gen.. only at the start..

you can say quantum break(from alan wake dev who gave a disssappointing ip).. I can say THE ORDER (from santa monic, a freaking monstrosity of a team.. who made god of war.. )you can say titan fall (a game from good developers.. ) I can say infamous ( a game from good developers.. ) you can say Halo, I can say Uncharted, you can say Forza, I can say drive club or... Gran Turismo..

once you go past halo.. and gears.. what else is there? When sony has jak.. heavenly sword.. Ratchet.. Resistance.. Killzone.. Little big planet.. and I can go on and on and on.. and to top it off.. every multiplatform including CALL OF DUTY THE BIGGEST GAME ON XBOX ANYTHING, is better.. on ps4.. like almost significantly better.. where the game runs at twice the resolution on ps4..

Some people are using their game system as more than just another more powerful game system(PS4).  They are using it for a media hub or because they have a number of other M$ products and like to have the unifed OS feeling.  Even though the Kinect is of no use to you, I use it regularly and find it to be just the opposite.  The only thing that the PS4 has on the XB1 is a minor power difference.  If you think that 1080p is the whole world, then the PS4 is good for now.  2 years from now, the only way the PS4 is still doing 1080p on new games is if the developers choose to gimp the games to achieve that.  So, PS4 owners will need to get used to it anyway too.  If the $100 is a reason, then you shouldn't be buying a next gen system at all. 

That statement about the 2 year 1080p game gimping is completely inaccurate, and I will accept some sort of VGChartz bet based around your statement.  You want to come up with it or shall I?

@LEO J there are new ips which MS announced last E3 which i are coming to Xbox one . There 15 and correct if i am wrong then 6 were new ip. They were new IPs which hasn't been announced yet. I know the pscamera is available for ps4 but its nowhere as good as kinect. I had th eone on ps3 as it ws my birthday gift and that one was worse then kinect 1 which i thought was terrible. The thing is Kinect is bundled so its more conveniant whereas the ps4 doesn't coem with it.. If i buy xbox one in nz and then purchase ps4 with teh camera ,, the ps4 in nz with teh camera will be more expensive then teh xbox one with kinect bundled. That would ruin its price advantage right? well if i can remember the whole list ,, xbox box one beyond gears and halo would have forza, quantum break, spark, fable legends, D4, max brotherhood, titanfall, sunset overdrive, killer instinct, zoo tycoon, dead rising 3, to name a few. As you can see there are ips that are not always gears and halo. To each their own as i really enjoyed Alan wake as teh story was well written. Every console has teh same ips recurring liek sony having uncahrted, gran tourismo, infamous , possible a new God of war , killzone and so on. I am looking forward to 1886 as teh gameplay reminds me of gears of war which was quite fun. Again Driveclub is not yet and we still don't have a release date ,, same goes for deep down. i think 1886 was meant ot release this year right?? That could get delayed ,, who knows bu it hope it doesn't. But at this moment its only killzone and Knack. For me i enjoyed both side of exclusives equally lol. You mention first party studios like ratchet and clank yet Insomniac studios is making an exclusives game fro xbox one not ps4 and theres no word of a new ratchet and clank game on ps4. Much liek heavenly sword,, theres no new game announcement from that studio . You say little big planet and i say project spark. Project spark is mroe powerful as you can create Jrpgs on it which i find it to be quite amazing :). Funny you mention KZ because i too can mention gears or halo sin cethey are all shooter . Meh i hate COD and the reason for why its low cause teh developers were lazy adn teh xbox i shard to program for . theres was a article from teh devs who made sniper elite 3. they said its alot harder to program for. At this moment the difference in multiplat are not that big with teh exception of COD and bf4 . Game liek NFS ae quite identical ,, same goes for AC4. i have seen them both run pon xbox one and ps4. Tomb raider is pretty much idential with a slight fps advantage ,, however the fps on ps4 varies quite largely between 30-60 while xbox one maintaisn 30fps quite consistently. i would rather take the one that is consisent as it causes less judders. Other Multiplats like NBA2k14,, again the difference was hard to spot whereas if you compare last gen the differentwere more huge beyond just reolution and fps lol.

The only good developers Sony has left are Media Molecule.

Naughty Dog and Quantum Dream make excellent cutscenes and stories, but the gameplay is either basic (Naughty Dog) or non-existent (Quantic Dream). Those studios would be better off making CGI movies for Sony Pictures

Santa Monica, Polyphony, and Evolution used to be good, but have gone down in quality. God of War II, Motorstorm, and Gran Turismo 2&3 were great games, but recent titles like GOW Ascension, PS ALL-Stars Battle Royale, Motorstorm Apocalypse, and GT6 were mediocre at best

Killzone series I don't know about, I have the first one, but could'nt go past 3 hours of playing due to how boring and bland it was
