I agree, WD SE1 played HORRIBLY at some points; there were moment were I was stuck at a frame while the game continued(casued to me to die)

how it won game of the year was just on hype alone(thanks in part buy the TV series and comic)

Yeah, the disc version of episode 2 was basically unplayable. It stuttered half the time and was just awful. There is no acceptable reason for them to release a game in that awful a condition. I didn't think the game was that good really, won't be buying any more for a while. I do like Game of Thrones enough that I'll give their game a look

It might have not been for you, but it was playable for me. That was the cannibal family episode it was one of my favorite episodes.

Were you using the disc version? Because I think it was just an issue with that version

The 360 disc version. Though I am pretty sure our definitions of being completely brocken, or completely unplayable are really different. I never had the frame rate drop too low to play as others have described. I also never had it crash completely. Though games seem to crash more the older a console gets on all games in my experience. *shrugs*

I had quite some problems, especially with the first episodes of WD Season 1.

Then tried The Wolf Among Us. HORRIBLE !
Seriously when a scene begins, the game goes down to 5FPS for a minute or two until it apparently finished loading.

Then tried WD Season 2. Much better but still not perfect.

Mine was PS3, it might have been a PS3 only, I forget. My problems were with massive stuttering where the FPS basically dropped to 0. I didn't have any crashes, but there were constant pauses in the on screen action, meaning that audio was massively out of sync.

My patience is already gone. Why are they still working on some boring games when they should be focusing on Borderlands?

yea if they cant even bother to put the option to invert up/down, are they really going to fix shit like this? they probably dont even know how

As the article points out the hardware should be updated to make the game less glitchy and run smoother.  A lot of negativity is pretty normal on forums, but obviously most people loved the Walking Dead as they are currently making a second season.

So as long as it's not something I'll regret completely. I suppose the praise outweighs the negativity.
