$200m profit this quarter in the gaming division, I think but the whole company projected a $1.1b loss for the fiscal year.

BTW PS4 is the first console from Sony to make the first Q post profit instead loss due the record breaking at launch.

The record launch isn't really the reason the PS4 is profitable.  It's because even if the PS4 is sold at a loss, it is only a small loss.  So small that probably the purchase of a 1st party, 2 or so 3rd party games, or a controller is enough to cover its loss.

1.1B is for the whole year and include restructuring tv and selling Pc division.

You mean the new 4 million subscription (estimate) ?

That's not that much, only 60 million dollars for the quarter if true.

Less than 25% and so what not like that profit will vanish, it will only increase as more people buy a ps4.

You do realize that doesn't make sense. Ps+ is making it profitable and software maybe.

I would think it unlikely that sony is making any money this early in the gen. Simply not dropping money would be ok for this early in the race.

What he said was that the PS4 is the first Sony console that made them profit in its first quarter, he never said it was only because of console sales. When he said "record breaking launch of the PS4" I'm pretty sure he meant everything that came with that launch, so the console, software, accessory and of course PS+ sales.
