I wouldn't say 6 years, just because DF did it for that long, considering the PS3 versions of games have been at least parity or some being better (FFXIII for example) for some time. But I vividly remember at least up til Bayonetta (2010) where there was all kinds of threads about how the 360 version was superior for many multiplats.

I still remember how I was told that GTA 4 on PS3 was unplayable because it ran at 640p instead of 720p...

Yeah but Final Fantasy 13 was being developed exclusively for the PS3 and then went multiconsole a year before launch.

Also didn't the whole face off thing get so popular that VGChartz and Lens of Truth started a sort of parternship for a short amount of time, that they'd link the new Lens of Truth on the front news page.

Well X1 still has the option for 480p to make it run faster than the PS4 :)
