I have been back... sorta haha.  Been making a few posts the past couple of weeks.  But for you Smeags, I will see if I can post a little more.  I will start by making a topic dedicated to Leon Kennedy haha.

I'm a Sonic fan, and I'm pleased with most Sonic games, so there goes that statement!

I meant in general, not universally. I'm sure there are lots of reasonable Sonic fans. ;)

I don't know, the main Sonic fans I know, are actually very easily pleased, to the point where the exception to Sonic games they're happy with is 06 for obvious reasons. But they even find very redeeming qualities in the likes of Unleashed.

Guess I was just going by the amount of complaints I hear constantly regarding almost every aspect of every post-Dreamcast Sonic game. (Like the eye colour thing) Maybe it's just a smaller group of vocal nutcases. XD

I'm not sure if you're kidding with this comment or not.  In the event that you are not:

"Sonic Lost World looked awesome at first but it wasn't in the end"

"Sonic Boom looks awesome..."

I'm not saying you shouldn't get hyped for it, just that maybe you can learn something from Lost World and keep your expectations a little more in check this time.

After all, Lost World was a contender for highest rated Wii-U exclusive (91 meta!) and a Day 1 purchase and that didn't turn out so great.  Though, if you enjoyed it, I suppose that's all that matters.



it look like you though i say that about every game Anyway, i never said visually for SLW,, but it had Galaxy vibe. Of course many were wrong like with SM3DW first trailer (being great overall)!!! I still stand by and say this game looks amazing, pausing it at some shots shows this game will be a nice huge open world, a game i've been waiting for from Sonic. It might be good that sega aint actually making the game. What if this game is the best Sonic 3D game of all time!!??!? Well it have to beat SAB2, and thats kinda har to do!

it looks great visually, still i have to feel the gameplay.
I honestly dislike the on rails pseudo-racers that latest Sonic games were.
I liked Lost worlds a lot when controls worked, i hope its more of a plataformer with free roam elements

The fact that this isn't being made by Sonic Team is actually encouraging; maybe they won't find a way to mess it up the way Sonic Team usually does.

I know im ranting, but it is about sonic so i'll just say it :p

IGNorant does the dailyfix which highlight the topics of the day, and of course they dont include Sonic -_-

If it were a PS4/X1 game they would put the effort into fitting it in but nooooo.....

And just so people dont think im just saying it for watever reason, remember IGNorant had the Sonic Sign in their daily fix (the one that said an X1/PS4/Wiiu game for 2015) which was just a SIGN, yet they wont actually post Sonic Boom that had a trailer today??? I swear >_
