Baten Kaitos is pretty bad, but Chaos Wars is probably the worst voice acting I've ever heard in a release game. I've seen better fan dubs. It's so bad I have to wonder if the devs did it on purpose.

I also cant imagine Baten Kaitos without the suuoong of desruuction Or, better yet, Palolo the third, if that is on youtube. Otherwise, if you ever play it, remember my words! Epic VA!

All I can tell you is: If you think the VA in the trailer is bad, play BK, and then you'll understand why it doesn't annoy me in the least, I even like it Hell, a shitty VA in a language my ear likes (and a language I can understand) still beats a good one in a language I don't know - I can't even distinguish if the VA is good or bad.

...addendum to liking eng VA... that is unless the voice actor is the one that did the end VA for Master Van in Tales of the Abyss, fuck that guy <_<

Why do people say or think this? It's like saying you can't recognize if someone is a good singer because you don't understand the words they're singing about. That's just very dumb.

@outlaw: I don't think it. Pretty much everyone aside from Takehito Koyasu and Romi Paku sound very identical to me.
